Nothing really dislike about this product but maybe it can be better to have more features for our customers like in other products we use such as BI Publisher or Crystal Reports that are free of charge from microsoft office suite. It's not easy to find your way around when you first start with an empty database because there isn't much information provided by default. I think one thing could improve would be if they had some additional training material available online so people who don’t know how to work with SQL Server databases will get up-to speed quickly without having to pay extra money. We're solving problems related customer satisfaction/service management through data analysis within our organization. I like that it has several different ways to search for documents, including by date/time range or keyword. It's easy to use as well - no training needed! Nothing in particular at this time, but we're looking into other document management options. We've been searching through multiple cloud-based solutions over the past year without success. This was recommended by our legal department so we are trying out 1key initially before making any more permanent changes.
