My 10 year old $20 heat gun broke. So I bought it 3-4 times a year as a cheap spare to use for auto stuff in the garage. The fit and finish, as well as the performance, are fine and in line with expectations for the price. Used it for an hour today to remove the upholstery on the door moldings on a friend's car. worked fine
