No more back pain! at Massage Tools & Equipment

I bought this because I was suffering from back pain due to the high mileage in preparation for a marathon. Regardless of the cause of the pain, I felt very uncomfortable. I've found that lying at different speeds helps decompress the affected area and greatly reduces pain, especially after long runs. I usually use it for 8-12 minutes and it's like new. Good product!
