NOTE: I couldn't find swim trunks at a good price for my 4X husband (£275) so I ordered two of the 3X, from which I thought I could cut and sew the sides together to match. However, 3X reached out and approached him unchanged! You could tell it wasn't for a man but he said it wasn't uncomfortable and he wore them for two days snorkeling and one day at the water park during our vacation. Without being too snug, the legs are surprisingly long. I'm only 5'2 but I can easily pull my ankle up and use them as swim trunks. LOL They can be rotated around the ankle with no binding so it should be fine. I also ordered capris from the same company and they came down to my ankle so I think all of their bottoms should be rated for very tall people.
