Want to significantly improve your FM reception? This is the one that will do it. It's more expensive than passive antennas - but it's worth it! Just follow the simple instructions - Adjust position, height and gain. This may take a few minutes as you first need to determine/move where to place it to get the best signal. Then try changing the height from the ground. Then try adjusting the gain (do this in each spot) and find the best spot. Take your time and you will find it. I have an old Yamaha speaker amp/receiver and used a rabbit ear antenna while living in a 4 story building. I found the right setting within a day or two and then the noise returned - unpleasant to say the least. The new Terk antenna improved immediately, and once properly positioned it was a major and continuous improvement.
