I needed to change the gear ratio of my diff in my 07 Mustang GT (mod only). This device allowed me to change the diff to make my speedometer work properly. Please note that there are limitations on differentials that are compatible with this Mustang unit. I don't recall him having the ability to go into a higher gear (e.g. 2:73). I only remember 3:31, 3:55, 3:73 and possibly 4:11 as options for 07.
