Try on the photo straight out of the box I immediately thought it looked exactly like the pictures in the listing with the part on the left Side.Texture: the device is very soft and silky, not shiny but rather matte.Since the listing describes it as a virgin Brazilian, I was expecting a natural texture rather than a silky smooth.Thickness: I would say that the device has a density of 120-150% Not very thin and not thick, I would say medium for the natural volume of the hair Length: The length is 12 inches and is completely straight, falls/folds over the shoulders and I have a long one Neck. However, I wouldn't call this unit a "BOB" in the general sense due to the length, although it is slightly slanted, longer in the front, and slightly tapered in the back. Real bobs to me are about 10 inches l or shorter and do not rest on the shoulders. Fit: My head circumference is 21.5 inches and this device fits comfortably. It feels very secure and comes with 4 small clip-on combs sewn in at the top. There are 3 extra regular combs in the kit. 1 on each side of the piece and 1 on the back of the device Colour: Natural colour, maybe a 1B/2 mix Overall I think the device is value for money. I expect a similar device to be $15-$25 more at your local beauty store depending on your hair. None of the labels that came with the unit indicated 100% human hair and I have yet to use heat or curlers to test its ability to straighten or hold a curl. For now, I will most likely buy this device again with a center U-shaped part. , at the same price if it is heat resistant and last twisted out of the curler set. I'm planning to use this device for a curly-haired black vocal group from the 60's :-)
