I would recommend these for breastfeeding women trying to preserve every drop of that liquid gold. I've found that I don't usually collect enough that's worth saving, but they do serve the purpose of keeping bras and breast pads dry while feeding on the other side. Unlike the hakaa, these are just collectors and don't draw milk out, but that is made clear in the listing. They come apart easily to clean but I would just advise to make sure they are sealed properly. I've had times where I've moved a cup from one breast to the other while switching sides breastfeeding and the seal has come apart unknowingly, leaving me with a wet bra at the end. Despite that, I wish I had known these existed with my first child, especially because I had more supply issues then.
