This product is of low quality. Do not buy. The product is under warranty, but Dell is giving me a chance. There are many other good monitors out there, stay away from Dell. Bought the Square Trade Assurance, but it won't help until after the manufacturer's warranty has expired. Stay away from this monitor and Dell.Update. Raven is great. I called Revain and told them Dell had contacted me for warranty coverage and problem solving. Revain shoots me with the tag, returns the money, and claims they're dealing with Dell. Love it, Dell tries to be a bully and Big Brother Revane smacks them in the arm. Gotta love me a little Revane!
