Purchased two of the lights they work good, I like the three settings of brightness and the double hinge for 360 degree adjustment. However I am notoriously rough on my tools so these have had a good testing for durability. One light's hinge area cracked due to second hinge works harder than first hinge thus putting too much stress on the area by screw. I repaired it with super glue and loosened the bigger hinge. I liked the design a lot. There was just a little something lacking in the execution. The LED is plenty bright and the 3 settings is useful. Battery life is so-so. Seems to last like 30 minutes of active use, then dims for a bit, then out completely. Smaller one goes a bit faster. Cover to protect the USB socket is hard to open and I ended up pulling one of them off by accident trying to get it open to charge. Magnetic base is nice, but needs to be stronger.

Both lights are powerful enough to light a sufficient area for at least 2 hours at brightest level. The magnet is just strong enough to hold it in place, not more. With vibrations , like hammering /beating they can fall off. The spotlight is bright enough to check brake pads for example or any other object in a tiny space not to far away.The size of the smaller lamp allows to just keep it in your pocket and get it out when needed without having to go for a lamp.If necessary I'll update about…

This is the second time I've purchased this product; I wanted another set. Perhaps my favorite and most useful product I have purchased on Walmart. I've used these lights to work on vehicles, used to cook on the grill during low light conditions and various odds and ends around the house. The lights are very bright, have a decent run time and charge quickly. The red light function is a cool feature for use should your vehicle break down. I highly recommend this product for purchase.

Just got these, so will update if the battery life is not up to snuff, but am really impressed with these little guys. As you can see, they arrived like they had been in a recent drop-kick competition, despite perfect outer Walmart packaging, but the lights were fine, and had a decent charge to test them out before giving them a full charge, which took a few hours. I use them all the time when doing projects around the house. My only suggestion for improvement would be to allow the light to swing 270 degrees to illuminate the work area above.

These are small but in a handy way. The brightness is all right. I bought these for both daily supplemental light use and as backlighting for power outages. As far as daily use, they simply aren't that bright. I forget to turn them on - and I don't miss the "extra" light. This is why I'm not impressed with the brightness. I expected more. I bought these for use grilling at night. Overall they are bright and do the job. My only complaint is the magnet in the base is not that strong. On the side of my fridge they slide and will not stay in place. If I have something to stop the slide they hold but will not hold with something to prevent them from sliding. They have no problem standing on my grills side shelf so they serve the purpose I have. If I was using this to stick on something sideways I don't think I would be happy.

My son uses the bigger one at his shop and I kept the smaller to use at my job. I’m a nurse, so the lights go out at night; I was planning to use this light to help me during documentation when the lights go out at work. I don’t have anything metal for the light’s magnet to stick to at work, so I have to place it on a flat surface; the light won’t stand on his own if I tilt the upper part of the light on an angle towards the paper I’m reading or writing on, and if it does, any light movement…

This light is very versatile with three modes. No flashing light but I find that useless for my need anyway. Bright light first, then dimmer, then light on the tip of the wand. Magnetic base needs to be stronger as it is a bit weak and this is my primary reason for four stars. Solid product though. Haven't had it on enough jobs to fully assess durability. The USB charging port doesn't seem to stay closed well which makes it unlikely it would survive water immersion well.

Not the brightest but fairly decent and if you have 2 of them plenty bright for most things. Purchased a 2 pack Large thought they would be bigger. The small must be tiny. For the money these are worth purchasing. Build quality is pretty decent so is the magnet. These are really good lights. And look almost identical to the snap on ones. Bright, and obviously durable. I've dropped them so many times by now. Which brings me to my only gripe. The magnet is a bit weak. It will hold as long as you don't hit it. But so much as tap it, and it falls. A little annoying but still better then buying a 80 dollar snap on.

The bigger light worker great when it worked, But it only worked for one charge then it would come on for 3 seconds and go off. That's the best it will do (3 seconds) junk! The little one is still working and I hope it will until I can buy something else.

Very bright work light. The magnet on the end is decent. Recently used it to work on my lawn mower float and carburetor in the pitch dark. It lit up the area pretty well. It wasnt too overwhelmin and not too dim. Have not had to recharge it yet so I don't know how long it takes to charge or how long the light will last, but it's better than having to put AA batteries in it all the time. Very useful. One was dead out of the box, found the wire soldered to the battery was broken off. resoldered and it works fine.

I ordered these for my dad after he kept cussing at his old light he was using to help me work on my FJ. They are smaller than I thought, but VERY bright! Their small size does come in handy getting them into small spots.They have a small spot light on the end too for detail work.Can't attest to their battery life or durability yet,. but he seemed very happy with them. I really like these units. I have seen them used on several YouTube channels. I wanted something that had the ability to shed a wide swath of light or a targeted beam. This does both. It holds a charge for a decent amount of time and folds up for a convenient storage. I do with wish it had a stronger magnet though.

Great lights. Won’t last all day but will last for a few hours steady. But two like I did. Keep one ready and charge one while you have the other

Great flashlight that has been very handy in thingy space. Who needs a third hand when you have one of these. Magnet is very helpful.
