Fits perfectly on my 2015 FLHXS Street Glide Special. One of the things that is NOT included is the installation guide that comes back with the HD logo. ***The right rear shock (non-adjustable) must be inverted to fit the seatback. The signature HD back contains that direction. Remove the 2 bolts holding the shock absorber, turn it 180 degrees upside down (DO NOT turn) so the hole for the bottom bolt lines up with the top bolt and vice versa. It's a great back, but without knowing that, you're probably going to return it, thinking it won't fit. The manufacturer should have included something in the package to let us know!
