These wheels are definitely better than the factory installed OEM product. Our Maytag dishwasher started losing wheels after 3 years - all of a sudden the wheels started falling off and I'm still not sure where they went - never found one. Starting with ordering and replacing a wheel set, a few days later we lost another wheel and a screw came loose on the set we just replaced. I never found the missing screw so I ordered a full set of 4 wheels to have other wheel sets on hand. We noticed that the bolts on all the spare wheel sets were loose, so we removed the bolts, added a drop of Blue Locktite, and put the wheels back in the dish rack. So far it seems to be holding up and we haven't lost a single screw.
