The fit and finish is great, I had high hopes for this product when I got it out of the box (it was also well packaged with good shipping protection). Installation was easy, although no instructions were included. However, there is a cable that is not on the factory mirrors and I have no idea what to do with it. I don't know if that single wire is at the root of all the problems with the mirror functioning (doubtful), but in any case, this mirror just doesn't work as advertised. First, the passenger mirror doesn't move far enough up and to the left, you can choose between a rear-wheel view or a range about 100 feet to the right of the road you're driving on. Second, the mirror tries to mimic the OEM function of adjusting between normal view and reserve view (it tilts the mirror down slightly when reversing to give you a better view of what's directly behind the truck), but it does he does not. Do not reset mirrors to normal position so you will have to adjust mirrors every time you shift from reverse to drive! Third, the backlight doesn't work, I assume there's a wire for that, and I don't care about that functionality either, but the other two issues are a deal breaker.
