Review on Skysted by Agonia Ajdini

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Skysted is a store that advertises itself as selling the moon but only provides a small rock in return.

I had the misfortune of buying at Skysted, an online company that specializes in tools and home repair, safety and security, and flashlights, not too long ago. Skysted was a nightmare. My trip, sadly, did not live up to my expectations in any way. To begin, I discovered that the website was difficult to navigate and had poor visual appeal. It was difficult to browse, and the product descriptions frequently lacked essential facts that customers needed to know. In addition, the checkout procedure was unnecessarily difficult, which led me to wonder if my order would ever even be fulfilled. It was a source of great dissatisfaction for me to discover, upon the arrival of my order at long last, that the items were of a poor quality. The safety and security gadgets were unreliable, as were the equipment and goods for house renovation, which were both flimsy and made of poor materials. Even the flashlights, which were billed as the product that really stood out, were nothing to write home about. The terrible customer service that Skysted provided was the final nail in the coffin. When I attempted to return the products, I was confronted with a procedure that was both unclear and ineffective in answering my questions. It was quite evident that the company's primary concern was generating a quick cash rather than assuring the delight of its customers. In conclusion, I am unable to recommend Skysted to anyone who is interested in purchasing high-quality tools and items for home remodeling, safety and security gadgets, and flashlights. They tell you they would give you the moon, but all they give you is a little pebble. Look elsewhere for your do-it-yourself requirements to save yourself some aggravation.

Pros
  • a great variety of flashlights
Cons
  • Poor customer service and an overly convoluted checkout process.
