Covers 2 bikes but barely

I used this for 2 bikes in the back of my camper van. Between the two straps, eyelets in the front, and a pair of elastic cords, it stayed in place and didn't tear. It's been pretty weatherproof so far, but I haven't experienced much rain yet. This is a route that includes 2 bikes.
