Attention buyers! Don't waste time and money. Total disregard for those "new" bars. The spot where the riser clamp shows marks from a previous installation. Cut marks are visible on ANY curved surface. There was chipped and unrolled paint everywhere unless it dripped before it dried. Rust on the inside of the bars on both sides. A random loose piece of metal rattling inside a sealed tube! WTF!? I'll post a video of the annoying knock asap.
