I needed a pair, got a lemon
Bad pun, but you get the idea. The insole is a bit hard. Make that stone hard. If you adjust the valve, the sole may not fit your foot. I would NOT buy this again. I edited that after some time. You went from two to one star. If I could get my money back I would.
