I'm not the type to carry a lot of things with me just the essentials like wallet, phone and keys and this wallet is perfect for that. Doesn't seem cheap, for the price it's really good. And I think that the design is suitable for any environment, for example from shopping to going out in the evening. I will say I find the strap a bit long if you don't like your shoulder bag hanging low and not adjustable so that might be an issue. I'm 5ft 5in and it hangs just below my butt.
