The software itself is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I love how easily you can create your own reports or customize existing ones. I like that there are several different ways to input information into your job search such as Resume Builder, LinkedIn profile builder, etc. It could be easier to sort through all of the candidates (especially if they are looking for many at once) by using certain filters, rather than having to enter the same info multiple times. There is also a scheduling option which allows you to schedule interviews with recruiters/managers. This would help speed up the process by allowing you to set appointments and reminders. We have been able to eliminate time wasted on resumes and cover letters from our candidates. All applicants are given the opportunity to upload their resume, fill out a quick interview survey, and submit it within minutes.
