So much fun! πŸ₯–

Baking baguettes in this pan is VERY PLEASANT! I washed and dried before use and then sprayed with cooking spray to keep the bread from sticking. It only took 17 minutes for a nice deep tan. I didn't put it on the tray. I put it straight on the oven rack. The bottom peaks are visible on each loaf, making the crust crispy and the inside soft. They were easy to clean, hot soapy water and air dry. Today we bake more bread!
