I like how easy it is for our team members who work in other departments to use this system as well! The interface doesn't allow them access unless they have proper training/access through their managers or supervisors which can be difficult sometimes when you're working with multiple people at once (or even just one person). It isn’t very intuitive so some users may need help from others within your organization using another program such P&L before being able understand what everything means if there's an error message etc.. This helps us track all incoming payments quickly & easily by department without having several spreadsheets open up separately tracking each thing we receive daily-which was previously done via emailing out separate sheets every day per recipient.-it has helped greatly reduce errors since everyone now knows where things should go instead of me getting emails saying something went missing after.
