About ordering the goods and delivery: Came in perfect condition, arrived on time and even fast delivery. The box was new and perfect as a gift. But about the product itself: App: The app didn't work at all, my daughter was so frustrated because we could arrange the chores but she couldn't play games to level up as it kept closing when we used it. Battery: The battery was empty after a few days and we just left it there. I bought it for my daughter to get her moving and to give her chores to help around the house but we couldn't get her interested as it wasn't working properly. Overall the concept of the product is amazing and I really wanted to love it but in the end I gave up.
