I ordered this once and a few days after I received it the glass had a stress crack. It was cold out of the fridge and I put it in a sink with hot soapy water so I suspect it cracked from the temperature change. I sent it back and got a new one. After using it for a couple of weeks, one day I took it out of the fridge and saw something blue swimming in the tea I was drinking. It turned out that one of the protrusions on the plastic cover came off spontaneously (see photo). I can no longer return it or get a refund. This is not a high quality item. Wouldn't recommend it.
