I gave this product 5 stars because I really can't fault the quality for the price. I've had a neck problem for a few months where my head wants to stay turned to the right and I have to deal with this every day and can't keep my head straight. I have found that this time is not the right time for anything to go wrong with you. It takes eternity to get to any specialist. Anyway, I started looking at these types of chairs because sitting means being carried around the neck. I thought maybe a different sitting position would help in my situation. Bought this chair because it was the cheapest. It turned out to be a pretty decent chair. They fit easily and I can't fault the price. In fact, the usage is different. I know they say that it takes a while for the body to adjust to the different body positions this chair puts you in, so I'll have to use it more often to see how I get used to it. At the moment I would say it's not uncomfortable but my knees need a break from it after a while. I bought it for my neck but didn't notice any difference between using it and my regular office chair. I'll give it some more time with different body positions, but I'm not sure if it will become my main computer chair.
