I like the ease of use as it allows me to interact with multiple customers in different companies at once, creating customer journeys for them. The data entry can sometimes be slow and cumbersome. Also, sometimes there's an extra step required to get to the information you need. As far as I know, there's no way to track your progress while you're waiting on someone to approve something or send back feedback. It helps us stay organized with our workflows, allowing us to have more time to focus on our clients. This has improved overall communication between teams, which makes everyone more efficient and productive.
