Product Management Platform Review

I like how easy it is to set up projects, tasks, and get updates. The UI makes it very easy to navigate through the platform. The dashboard view is not as customizable as I would have liked. I like the ease of use as it allows me to interact with multiple customers in different companies at once, creating customer journeys for them. The data entry can sometimes be slow and cumbersome. Also, sometimes there's an extra step required to get to the information you need. As far as I know, there's no way to track your progress while you're waiting on someone to approve something or send back feedback. The best thing about this tool is its ability to create different types of workflows which can be used in many ways to achieve desired results. It's easy to use and understand. I like the fact that it has an option for creating custom workflows. Sometimes when you try to create a new workflow it takes too much time to load.
