The tool is pretty flexible and easy to understand.
The best thing about this tool is its ability to create different types of workflows which can be used in many ways to achieve desired results. It's easy to use and understand. I like the fact that it has an option for creating custom workflows. Sometimes when you try to create a new workflow it takes too much time to load. But if you are patient enough, you will get what you want eventually. There are other tools out there but nothing beats this one. We have been able to automate our process for sales and marketing teams.
Pros
- This platform allows us as marketers/sales reps from multiple locations across countries work together seamlessly with minimal effort without wasting any precious resources or spending hours just trying figure things ourselves instead we could focus more effectively by using PMPs
