They're big and very useful. Silicone is thick, I like it. I've had a few in the past that were flimsy and didn't work that well. The shapes are flexible so everything slides out easily and nothing sticks. I haven't used them for chocolate but I've made some cakes out of them and they turned out amazing! I just placed this on a thin baking sheet and there was no burning or burning. Simply allow the silicone and anything you make to cool before removing. This is a good and permanent shape. A sample will be provided.
