Comparing 4 Scrub Pants

I bought 4 different brand scrib pants at the same time before deciding which to keep.Short story – I’m keeping the Dickies Scrub PantsLong story…1.SIVVAN Scrubs for Women - Drawstring Cargo Scrub Pants (Small)-size Small fits as expected at waist based on sizing chart-stiffer material/thicker than Dickies-material bubbles up/poofy in front/hips and legs so less flattering if you are very slim-cargo pocket left side; phone completely hidden/deep pocket 7.5”-right cargo phone pocket deep 7.75” plus 4.25” deep phone pocket– wide enough for my phone in its case which sticks out 2.25” at top-no front slash pockets or back pockets-legs – rather wide for slim legs; 29” inseam; total outside length 40.5”; 7.75” cuff width at the very bottom-returned this pant2.WonderWink Women's Wonderwork Pull-On Cargo Scrub Pant-liked better than SIVVAN-size Small fits as expected at waist-noticeably softer than SIVVAN material, still puffy in front hips and legs so less flattering if you are very slim-cargo pocket left side; phone completely hidden/deep pocket 7.5”-right cargo phone pocket deep 7.50” plus 5” deep phone pocket– wide enough for my phone in its case which sticks out 1.75” at top-nice front slash pockets-no left cargo pocket or back pockets-legs – rather wide for slim legs; 8.75” cuff width at the very bottom so very wide for skinny legs-returned this pant3.Trend Uniforms Tailored Fit Scrub Pants for Women - Soft Stretch with 8 Pockets & Drawstring-overall more flattering than previous 2-size X-Small fits as expected at waist based on sizing chart- 94% polyester and 6% spandex so more drapey and less stiff/puffy than previous 2 which are 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton), more flattering for me (very slim hips/legs); stretchy fabric that lays nicely-left and right cargo pockets both 6” deep outer and 5.75” deep inner phone pocket, BUT these cargo pockets sit lower 2-3” on the pant legs then previous 2 pants – I feel like a little too low. The previous two feel natural while I feel like I have to bend sideways too much to reach into the cargo pockets of these pants-nice front slash pockets and back pockets-legs – rather wide for slim legs; 30” inseam; total outside length 40.5”; 8.5” cuff width at the very bottom so very wide for skinny legs but less noticeable due to how the fabric drapes-may keep even though would prefer cargo pockets were located 2-3” higher on thighs4.Dickies EDS Signature Women Scrubs Pant Natural Rise Tapered Leg Pull-on 86106-liked best for fit/flattering and tapered legs-size XS fits well at the waist-softest material 55% Cotton, 45% Polyester and not puffy around front hips/legs BUT biggest lint magnet (much better after 1st washing); not stretchy-left cargo pocket 7” deep; right cargo pocket – mixed feelings. The 7” deep pocket has a stretchy red knit pocket inside 4.25” deep (not visible from outside). My phone fits VERY snugly here widthwise, maybe too snugly but if not using this pocket you tend to snag items on this knit pocket when trying to use the larger pocket. If I try to drop my phone into the 7” pocket it often catches on the inner knit pocket. Outside/below this large pocket is the outer cargo pocket 5.25” deep. What I’m surprised reviews don’t mention often is the numerous pen loops located inside the pocket. I took a photo (only posting on my Dickies review). I find these loops annoying and they keep preventing me from easily sliding items into the right cargo pocket. But if you carry lots of pens/small tools you find the numerous pen loops a plus.-nice front slash pockets; no back pockets-legs – tapered and flattering for slim legs; 29” inseam; total outside length 39”; 8” cuff width at the very bottom-keeping this even with inside pen loops which I find slightly annoying

Pros
  • Uniforms, Work & Safety
Cons
  • The fabric may be difficult to clean and may require special care
