DO NOT BUY THE SMELL IS AWESOME
The production smell (like many things from China) does NOT go away AT ALL. We've boiled it several times before using it, washed it with soap and water, and swished vinegar in it, and it STILL smells horrible and leaves a horrible aftertaste in everything we drink. To be honest I don't think it's safe to drink from.
