It is very easy for me to use this software because it's so simple. I am able to manage my business with ease using this program. If you're looking for an easy to use system then look no further! Nothing at this time. The only thing i dislike about point one electrical is their customer service. They are not always available when needed or they don't answer emails quickly enough. This has nothing to do with the product itself but more of how quick they respond. You should give them a try if your in need of an easy to use system that can be used by anyone. We have been able to streamline our work flow which makes us more efficient.
