The button maker works fine. It jams from time to time but is fixable. However, do not purchase if you ever would like to make even one button more than the supplies that it comes with. They do not offer more refills and will not point you toward any place where you can buy them. I tried to buy some elsewhere and they won't work with the machine. I encourage you to shop for a different button maker that will allow you to buy more button parts when the time comes.
