Volume: Updated vapor barrier on four car doors. I used about 20 strips or less. Critical Notes: The box was obviously carelessly stored. Looked crumpled, the edges of the box were frayed. The wax paper separating the striped shells stuck to the seal like an old sticker and was sometimes difficult to remove. The sealant was all glued together so I used an Xacto blade to separate the pieces. When installed on a warm day, the strips sagged and sagged with handling, making them slightly thinner. Sometimes I doubled the pieces to compensate. Pros: This product is stickier than the OEM sealant I removed. Stay in place. Easy to manipulate until it sticks to the metal. I think a fair price. Overall: It worked and helped me finish my work. I expected a more stable product. QC can be at 3M, maybe in stock, I don't know. There's probably a much better product out there, but if you're like me with a time or budget crunch, I would consider this product.
