Brick and dark support

Long time user of sonicwall utm and upgrade my hardware about every three years. I have replaced my tz300 with a tz270 but the new device drops the WAN connection every two minutes. I've tried different ports, cable modem to no avail. Then I called support and after 1.5 hours of waiting I got a technician who offered to replace the ethernet cables, of course without success and then said let's get your config image from the previous device no. copy. Static IP on WAN with Mac clone, no. The next call to support the next day after the technician says it's possible to flash the device, no. Sonicwall sent a new device that did the same. During the support sessions the techs were collecting logs to track the support emails, they needed the same logs which I had to turn off my internet to do this. Sent to the logs and within a few weeks they get a general email studying them and then another email suggesting changing ports, just like the first day of troubleshooting. I bought this device at the end of December, it's mid-May, and after 20 hours of waiting with technical support and 6 months, I have a brick. I asked to return this over a month ago and based on the time that has passed since the sale to date the answer is NO I can't. What I have is the dismal and unresponsive support. The waiting time to speak to a technician was always over an hour, sometimes two, even on weekends. I used to be able to call Sonicwall and get a 24/7 live feed. Maybe these new tz need a lot of support and the techs are busy, I don't know.
