Unrated: Attempting to set up a laptop after replacement. It crashed when I downloaded Google Chrome. Couldn't get it to work again. The screen was faulty and stuck. I've never had anything like this on an HP product. not worth the time Do not buy. I also didn't buy a refurbished product so I expected it to work like a new laptop.
