Less than 18 months later, one of three faucets burst flooding our new home. We were preparing dinner on Christmas Eve when the cat and water ran down the hall. The hotline broke inside the faucet when its end was still screwed into the water pipe. ALSO in March 2016 I bought 3 of these and one leaked right out the gate and it was a refund battle and my plumbers warned me not to put cheap faucets in my new house from a Chinese company with no phone number but because of budget I compromised. After reading all the reviews many had leaks. I've come to the conclusion that the 3/8 connection on the faucet should be 1/2 like the Moen/Delta/American Standard. Cheap metal, too thin. I posted a photo of the broken end of the faucet still in the plumbing after we sucked up 50 gallons of water. I'm a contractor, my plumbers are the best in the field, 2 individual owners and do nothing but new build installations with a total of 40 years experience. Spend $300 at Lowes, Home Depot or Menards and avoid. Pitcher taps are expensive and you get what you pay for. Much of the finish has also worn off on all 3 taps in 6 months which is also a common issue if you read the reviews. Luckily we were home! #learn it the hard way.
