I'm great at being healthy, but I don't know.
I've been using this for a few years now. I used to have problems with thinning tooth enamel. Now I'm holding on and my dentist says I have "perfect hygiene" who knows! I use it at night after brushing and flossing my teeth. I'm great at being healthy, but I don't know about the fluoride problem. I think I'll spit it out. So hopefully everything is ok. I don't find it poisonous. It's good. Other mouthwashes seem toxic to me even when I spit them out. But not this one, what can I say. I'm kind of addicted to it because it makes my teeth feel healthy.
