UPDATE 09 Dec 2020 If you try this product a second time you will see how long the stickiness lasts this time. The stars have been changed to 5 due to customer service.-ED————I bought this product because nothing was sticking to my dashboard and in the end I liked the swing mount better because it's more at eye level and easy to adjust . The opposite angle spring mount holds the phone perfectly, I never worried about the phone falling out. I actually skipped the third star question above because I had no idea what it meant by "security features" and I was just thinking it means how well it holds the phone. So little have I ever worried about this product dropping the phone. Each time the phone is inserted with two hands, but it's quick. BUT IT DOESN'T STAY ON THE WINDOW. I have had the product for a year now. The mount simply ripped off the adhesive pad, but for most of the last 12 months just sticking it to the window has been a challenge. It has come loose probably 4-5 times this year and every time I have trouble cleaning the window and really trying to get it in there it hurts. FAIRNESS - I seem to recall that this has only just begun. fell off when it got hot. I live in Florida and as soon as the hot humidity got in, it went down for the first time. It's also fitting that it's around 4-6 months, which may be exactly what you get no matter where you live.
