I probably should have waited to buy these until winter, but they only had a few left in one size. They are way too hot for summer. They appear sturdy. The sizing is a bit odd. I normally wear a 34 and ordered the 38, because that's all they had in stock. I am wearing them over street pants. They are long enough, and though they are a bit baggy, there are cinching straps on the side, which helps with the fit. Walking around in them feels awkward. I bought this brand because they are the same brand as my jacket. I like the way they zip to the jacket.
