Review on 📚 Vera Bradley Pencil Case: Organize and Store Your Writing Essentials in Style by Heather Shaw

Vera Bradley claims "COTTON IS CHANGED" but little did I know this would be reimagined in PVC plastic. It's very pretty, but I was expecting really "cotton" cotton, like her lovely matching bag made from recycled cotton, not "plasticized" cotton. Although the description says "has 2 zippered PVC pockets and loops for attaching to a 3 ring binder", that's pretty much it. It's all PVC that has been made into a very nice pencil case that has something that looks like cotton stuffed in it. Also this Vera Bradley pencil case is very good and I plan to use it. I love the rainforest pattern that matches my handbag. It's lightweight and durable. It is able to handle sharp pens and pencils or other portable art materials without tearing them. It is easy to wipe clean due to its waterproof appearance. While I used to wait for a 100% cotton case, I planned to use it for a portable drawing set with a small sketchbook and a few drawing tools. But since it's waterproof, I'm now inclined to make it a portable watercolor kit. However, I can't help but feel betrayed by the way this bag is advertised. I was expecting a soft, quilted cotton construction, similar to their handbags. It may look like it from afar, but it's not soft cotton. I still love the pencil case for its functionality and beauty, but I don't like feeling cheated by the materials used. is this a good pen Yes. Will it do the job. YUP! Does it match the rainforest pattern? Yes. Is this Vera Bradley's style and function? Yes! do i like it yes i still like it I'm very frustrated with how to rate this. This is Vera Bradley and I await this pencil case design from you. However, I am disappointed with the vinyl/plastic feel when I was expecting soft cotton. In my opinion it deserves four stars for its beauty and functionality. Two stars for not clarifying that the cotton was "RECONSTRUCTED" into plastic.
