Review on 🔒 SentrySafe CHW30220 Fireproof and Waterproof Box with Key Lock, 0.36 Cubic Feet by Gotdat Burton

Like other reviewers I found this safe to be very heavy and bulky and difficult to move without a handle. However, I rarely go there, so I put up with this inconvenience. I also found the locking mechanism a bit fiddly, as it often took several attempts to unlock or lock it again. It was also an inconvenience, but I put up with it to protect my documents. But now I have a real problem with this safe. I put some documents in, wanted to lock it, and somehow the tube key fell out of the lock halfway between the "close" and "open" settings. What is a whistler? Luckily it was in unlocked mode and I have the paperwork, but HOW did that happen? I see I'm not the only one. Hoping for a better solution from SentrySafe than others. UPDATE: I visited the SentrySafe website and filled out the "Contact Us" information regarding my issue. I have submitted the form. About 15 minutes later I received a reply email saying the message could not be sent. AMAZING Customer Service - NO! Don't waste your money on this product.
