I was a bit concerned as some people were talking about grip slipping, I didn't even get close to this problem and have now removed 2 cartridges with it. I have several of these chain whips, my other is really high quality and costs more but they do the same thing. I've seen some people complain that the chain is too thick. In this case, use the last large sprocket on the cassette. I enjoy working with bikes and I can say that I would have no hesitation in recommending this tool.
