As a 30-year-old video photographer, this Apurture device spun like a flash head, you have a ballast, a cable and a head. You can put reflectors on your head. You can wear a soft box on your head. The light is powerful and adjustable from 0 to 100 in 1% increments. Stable, good travel case. The fans are not too loud for our productions, they start the sound (interview). Love it.
