As a 30-year-old video photographer, this Apurture device spun like a flash head, you have a ballast, a cable and a head. You can put reflectors on your head. You can wear a soft box on your head. The light is powerful and adjustable from 0 to 100 in 1% increments. Stable, good travel case. The fans are not too loud for our productions, they start the sound (interview). Love it.

First, this lighting tool is not for everyone. Second, you need to know what you need for your style and type of shooting. For me, this has become my go-to solar lighting kit. The quality, functionality and ability to run on our V-Mount batteries was fantastic. If you need powerful lighting, this is one of the best solutions we've found. I've spent 3x the cost of this lamp on smaller lights - you get what you pay for. It's worth the money.
