Did the trick! Fits key cases

My Pilot 2014 key fob's plastic case ripped, causing the metal part of the key to hang down. My wife took the key to the local Honda dealership and they charged $185! I read the mixed reviews and decided to give the $10 double pack a try anyway. All the reviews that said the screw was misaligned were true, so I drilled the smaller hole with an 1/8" bit and it worked. How can it go and a bit of olive oil helped and you need to make sure you line up the 2 pilot holes in the shroud with the corresponding pins on the top. As for the reviews stating the screw is too long, do You just make sure you snap the case and hold it tightly together when you screw in the screw, or it will rip the case apart (I think that's why the screw comment is too long). took one out (after replacing the battery, for example), so I decided to get a set of two sets of $9 rubber key fob caps (red and blue) as well. This prevents the screw from slipping and protects the cheap plastic housing from knocks. I ended up removing the Honda "H" from the back of the broken key fob shell and re-gluing it to the replacement shell. All said and done for about $21 for two sets. anywhere around $185 from your local Honda dealer!
