USB 3.0 is NOT USB 2.0 - does not support 1080p60

USB 3.0 is NOT USB 2.0. Proof is attached. All ports on my laptop are USB 3.0. NOT USB 3.0 = 1080p30fps max, not 60fps. This port doesn't even work with Nikon HDMI, meaning it can't see any input. If 1080p30 suits you, you're fine! But I don't like fake advertising.
