I put these on my daughter and I immediately liked the fact that they run easily and she seemed to enjoy wearing them. The next day, I saw a scratch on her ankle where the front of the boot met the back of the boot, causing her skin to rub in horror. And she wore socks. She hasn't even walked in it for a long time, but she has a nice scrape on her ankle on her back, no blood yet, but very close. And no, they were not tied tightly. I'm upset because they looked great, but I can't put them back on her without wearing down the leather. Even then I don't know.
