We have a big, loud guard dog. He doesn't like other dogs and when we got new neighbors with dogs he got very excited. Neighbors told us about it. Ordered immediately and loved it! It's a little sad, but it does the job. We set it to the lowest level. Neighbor's dogs bark, but our dog backs away, doesn't come to the fence, and doesn't bark back - he looks scared, so he's sad. He's three years old and that's always been a problem for him. He barks at dogs, squirrels, birds, lawnmowers and anything loud. He doesn't work around the corner from the street, but that's okay because then he can warn us if someone enters the yard. Highly recommended for noisy dogs.
