It comes with a sheet of pre-cut adhesive pieces that can be peeled off and applied to the back of the glass. It's not immediately clear where each piece of glue goes, but with a little thought I was able to figure it out. The front camera hole does not perfectly match the camera itself, and as a result there is a "shadow" at the top of any picture or video that the camera captures. Not a big deal for me as it's for my kid (and my kid broke the screen in the first place) but worth mentioning for other potential buyers. - The button moves and sometimes gets stuck behind the glass. . It can be pushed back but looks like poor design. In general I agree with the purchase because it did the job cheaply and it's just a tray for a child but if I tried to replace the glass on a table I used all the time I'd be very disappointed and given its shortcomings, I don't think it deserves more than 3 stars. UPDATE: Shortly after I posted this review, the button failed and stopped working fully, most likely because it was repeatedly jammed under glass. Rate one star and currently awaiting delivery of another screen.
