It arrived quickly, 15 sachets and 30 hydrogen tablets well packed in a nice box. It's a very unique 15-day pre-workout system that seems a little pricey at its current price of nearly $45, but it's actually not that bad considering what it is. This is unique because although I take hydrogen daily I took 2 pills along with a good nitric acid booster which really helps me feel good and get the energy I need. Hydrogen tablets typically cost around $1 each, so the price is much easier to justify, especially if, like me, you appreciate the many other benefits of taking hydrogen. It's good for the brain, skin and more. I definitely recommend it!
